TWO GAMEPLAY MODES: Like our other claw machines, this big claw machine comes with a standard gameplay mode or a "Play to Win" setting, both of which still operate on tokens. In standard mode, each token is a single attempt. In Play to Win mode, a guest keeps playing on that token until they win a prize. Play to Win creates a stronger guaranteed-win experience, but it also means play time per guest is unpredictable — we recommend sticking with standard mode if you're managing a long line or a high volume of players, and saving Play to Win for lower-traffic settings where guest experience matters more than throughput.

HOW IT WORKS: Gameplay is simple and intuitive for guests of all ages. Players use the 4-way joystick to position the claw over their desired prize, then press the button to drop and attempt the grab. An adjustable claw strength system keeps gameplay fair across varying prize weights and sizes, so the challenge stays consistent no matter what's loaded inside. An LCD display keeps players informed with a play timer, while an interactive sound system adds audio feedback throughout the game cycle — from joystick movement to the win celebration.

WHY WE USE TOKENS: Our token-based gameplay system isn't just for branding — it's built into how the machine operates. Each token-triggered play gives the claw motor a chance to fully reset, which protects the mechanism from overuse and helps prevent motor burnout during long, high-traffic event days. Tokens also keep gameplay controlled and predictable: without them, a single guest could tie up the machine indefinitely, blocking other attendees from playing. (Note: in standard gameplay mode, each token is a single attempt, which is the best way to manage a busy line. In Play to Win mode, a token lets the guest keep trying until they win — great for guest experience, but it means play time per token isn't fixed, so we recommend that mode only for lower-traffic settings.) For clients offering premium or highly sought-after prizes, tokens also double as a built-in qualification tool — requiring a token to play (distributed to scanned badges, verified leads, or specific booth visitors, for example) helps you identify genuinely qualified leads rather than opening the machine to anyone walking by. To protect machine performance and gameplay fairness across all our rentals, these token and gameplay settings are factory-set and are not adjustable by rental clients.
