PAI is an interactive game rental company servicing the greater Atlanta metro area as well as many destinations around the United States. You’ll notice that some of our competitors do not mention who they are or how long they have been in business. Not us!
Founded in 1959 by Don Hankinson Sr., Phoenix Amusements started out as a jukebox entertainment provider, arcade operator and route management company. To this date, we still get requests to service juke boxes sold in the 60s!
(We do not service equipment as a part of our offerings)
We maintain and service all our own inventory and have done so since our founding. Our focus has always been on the customer and our products. Expanding into new markets as technology has changed over the decades, we started to rent or lease items for the Special Events market including engagement marketing activities.

Leadership Positions
Phoenix Amusements was one of the first in the state of Georgia to become actively involved in the Georgia Amusement & Music Operators Association along with Music Operators of America. Don Hankinson Sr. held the position of president for 10 consecutive years and additionally 5 more years while in the industry. Don Hankinson Jr. was elected as president also and served actively in lobbying at Georgia State Capitol on industry concerns.

Don’s been in the coin-op gaming industry since he was a teenager. Professionally trained to repair arcade games, Don’s worked his way up within our company. Don has also served as president of Georgia Amusement & Music Operators Association for a number of years. He has provided his leadership within the gaming industry for lobbying efforts at the state capitol. His expertise and game knowledge is vast along with industry contacts and leaders.
STACY HANKINSON
CMO-Sales & Marketing
Stacy’s experience covers several industries. She worked at the Walt Disney Company's California headquarters within their Strategic Planning, Business Development and Feature Animation Departments. While at BellSouth, she worked in their International and Marketing divisions as a Project Manager. She also started her own chocolate company. She brings years of planning, budgeting, financial planning, marketing and logistics expertise to our team.
MIKE CALLAHAN
Operations Manager
Mike takes care of our warehouse and supervises our equipment maintenance. He coordinates event logistics with our contract workers. We have a select few contractors that we allow to work on our events and with our arcade games. Year in and year out, you’ll see the same faces here at Phoenix Amusements.
